To get a free quote for your desired balloon decor, fill out our contact form, and we’ll get in touch with you. You can send us pictures or links of the decor you want, or ask for our team’s guidance if you don’t have a specific design in mind.

Order your balloon decor at least 2 weeks in advance to give us time to create your piece and avoid rush charges. Delivery and setup fees vary, and we’re happy to provide an estimate. We can also quote you a price for removing the decor after your event.

To ensure your decor stays intact throughout the event, we use top-quality balloons from Qualatex, Tuf-Tex, Betallic, and Prima. Our foil and plastic balloons can float for up to two weeks, and our latex balloons last for a day or two indoors and 8-12 hours outdoors compared to those bought from grocery or party stores. For helium balloons 9 inches or larger, we treat them with Hi-Float to make them float five times longer.

But of course, this estimate depends on the weather conditions, humidity, and temperature.

Over the years, we have developed techniques to help our balloon designs better withstand elements like wind, rain, and sun. While no balloon decor is completely indestructible, our solutions can improve their durability outdoors. However, we must emphasize that we cannot guarantee the longevity of outdoor balloon decor, as factors like temperature, humidity, and weather changes can affect their stability and appearance.

We guarantee delivery of your order to your specified destination within the time frame you provide. While we use high-quality balloons, they are temporary items and can be affected by sunlight, rain, wind, and other uncontrollable factors.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, we may need to make adjustments to ensure the best outcome for our clients. If the event facility is not available at the promised time, we may leave the decor in the nearest acceptable location you suggest or allow us to choose.

Our return and refund policy is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, it is difficult to determine if any issues were caused before or after delivery.

We will do our best to resolve any quality issues. Please note that latex balloons typically last only 12-24 hours due to their porous nature. Depending on temperature and humidity, some latex balloons may only last 8-12 hours. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for latex balloons unless they last less than 8 hours.
